Licini Inc. was founded in 2019 by BCBA Kerri Licini — built on the belief that every child with autism deserves exceptional, individualized therapy from professionals who truly care.

About the Owner
Kerri Licini, BCBA
Kerri has been working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder since 2004. Knowing she needed to learn more to provide the very best services to her clients, she returned to school to complete a BA in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Education in Special Education with New Jersey teaching certifications, and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis.
She passed the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) exam in 2013, becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In the years that followed, she worked with children with ASD ranging in age from 16 months to 22 years, and served multiple agencies in New Jersey and Florida as a BCBA and Assistant Director — gaining the experience to know exactly what kind of clinic she wanted to build.
In 2019, she founded Licini Inc. — a clinic-based ABA practice committed to individualized, evidence-based care. In 2020, she founded DLC Private School in the same building, so that children with ASD, ADHD, and learning differences would have a school built specifically for them.

Licini Inc. exists because Kerri saw — across years of working in clinics and agencies across two states — what exceptional ABA therapy looked like, and what it didn't. She built Licini Inc. to be the clinic she always wished existed: small enough to know every child by name, rigorous enough to never cut corners on credentials, and compassionate enough to treat every family like their child is the most important person in the room.

Every therapist is BACB-certified and CPR/BLS trained. Supervision is ongoing. We don't compromise on who delivers therapy to your child.

Parent training is part of our most important programs because therapy works best when it extends to the home. We keep you informed, involved, and equipped.
